 Randy Garner | Principal, Executive Officer
Mr. Garner cofounded MP2 in 1998 and has been managing, consulting, marketing, developing, and evaluating medical practices on a national basis for over 30 years. He has been a pioneer in the development of medical practice networks, physician organizations, and specialty MSOs on a national basis. He coauthored the chapter "Anesthesia Group Management and Strategies" in the book The Handbook of Healthcare Delivery Systems as well as a practice management article in Advanced Hospital Management magazine, an international healthcare publication. He has contributed articles for Modern Healthcare and Modern Physician magazines and facilitated various physician educational and retreat programs.
 Steve Wright | Principal, Operations Officer
Steve has served as president of MedNet America, an anesthesia medical billing company. He was Vice President of Anesthesia Specialties with Per-Se' Technologies serving clients in anesthesia, radiology and pathology. As Manager of Central Business Office for the Hospital Corporation of America, he directed billing and follow-up for three hospitals. Wright has an M.S. from Clemson University and a PhD in physiology and neuro-anatomy from Auburn University.
 Mike Segars, CPA | Principal, Financial Officer
Mike earn a Bachelor in Accounting and Master of Tax Accounting at The University of Alabama, and he served as a Graduate Professor at the same university. Mike has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1994 with Melvin, Bibb, Pinson & Segars, P.C.. His areas of concentration include: income tax planning, estate and gift tax planning, IRS compliance and Management consulting in the areas of management systems, personnel, business plans, forecasts and projections, employee benefits and retirement plans.
